  • PCM will refer you to our facility when needed
  • When the referral comes, we will contact you to arrange your appointment
    * Referral does not requires on Emergency Center visit
  • Referral/Letter of Authorization is not required
  • No restrictions to make an appointment
Payment
  • Direct billing service is provided (For non-emergency case, you are responsible for your hospital fees and submit the claim by yourself if you see doctor without referral)
  • Direct billing service is not provided except dialysis
    (You can claim by yourself with the provided invoice)

Outpatient After make an appointment with us, please contact your insurance company to request for a guarantee of payment before coming to our facility. (Provide date of service, diagnosis/symptom and the expected procedure/treatment, most likely consultation, diagnostic testing and medication) If we obtain Guarantee of payment before medical service, Direct Billing Service is available after checking your eligibility.
Inpatient Direct Billing Service is available after checking your eligibility.
** We will follow the portal regarding the patient’s Co-insurance & Deductible**
Other International Health Insurance GAP

For other International health Insurances, please contact GAP (Global Assistance Partners) which is a foreign insurance operating agency.
If your insurance is related with GAP, please ask your insurance company to send a Guarantee of payment through GAP which we can accept.
Please be noted that if we cannot obtain Guarantee of payment from your insurance company before medical service is rendered,
you may pay the bill upfront and submit the claim by yourself.
